Returns
Due to the nature of our rings being handmade for each customer we unfortunately can not accept returns. All custom items, including all rings and letter necklaces, can not be returned. Please send us a message if you have any concerns. Earrings are also final sale.
Ring Sizing
The best option by far is to get your finger sized with a ring sizer or try on rings that you know the sizes of. If you are unable to do this you can wrap a piece of string around the finger and measuring the length laid flat in millimetres (also, account for the size of the knuckle the ring will be fitting over). Below is an image of a ring sizer compared to a measuring tape with millimetres listed. If you wish to have your ring made in a half size, you can comment the desired size in the comment section of your order.
